Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 May 2026

SEAM Adventures is a small, rider-organized group-travel project. We collect personal information only to plan and run the trips you register for. This page explains what we collect, why, where it lives, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit a registration or interest form we collect the details you provide, which may include your full name (as on your passport), email address, phone number, citizenship, emergency contact name/relationship/phone, riding or driving experience, license details, room preference, how you heard about us, and any notes you add.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to: confirm your place on a trip, communicate logistics and payment details, arrange bikes/tuk tuks and accommodation, and contact the right person in an emergency. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify (Netlify Forms), and are accessible only to the trip organizer. Some details may be shared with trusted local partners (for example a motorcycle rental shop or accommodation) strictly as needed to run your trip.

Analytics

We use Simple Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or build advertising profiles. It gives us anonymous, aggregate page-view information only.

How long we keep it

We keep registration details for as long as needed to run the relevant trip and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email seamadventures@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
