01 The trip

Same loop. Different riders. Year 3.

2025: 15 bikes through northern Thailand. 2026: sold out. 2027: same route, same SEAM format, fresh batch of riders. The Chiang Mai loop is the most refined trip we run — pre-scouted, locally tested, real rider feedback baked in.

This is a rider-organized group trip — logistics handled, route tested. Not a travel package. Not a resort weekend. An actual motorcycle adventure with people who showed up for the same reason you did.

Arrival

Chiang Mai — Arrive, Grab Your Bike

Fly into CNX, meet the group at the hotel, pick up bikes. Orientation ride around the city, dinner at the Night Bazaar.

Day 1

Chiang Mai Circuit — Warmup

Day loop around Chiang Mai's surroundings. Temple stops (Doi Suthep), mountain roads east of the city. Shake off jet lag, find your rhythm.

Day 2

Pai — Switchbacks and Hippie Town

The 762-curve road to Pai. Switchbacks through cloud forest, panoramic ridgelines. Most charming mountain town in Thailand. Night market, live music, strong coffee.

Day 3

Ban Rak Thai — Tea Village at the Myanmar Border

Single-lane roads, tea plantations, the tiny Thai town that fell into Burma. Quiet. You'll understand why we come back here.

Day 4

Wildflower Glamping — Cliffside Overnight

Push to the wildflower fields above Mae Hong Son. Cliffside glamping under the stars. Bonfire, stories, no Wi-Fi.

Day 5

Mae Win — Elephant Village

Down through gold-mining towns and coffee country to Mae Win. Hand-on time with rescued elephants at the sanctuary.

Day 6

Return to Chiang Mai

Final ride back. Drop bikes. Group dinner. Goodbyes. Most riders extend a day or two in Chiang Mai.

06 Straight answers

The questions that matter.

Is this safe? What's the track record?

Fifteen bikes through northern Thailand in 2025 — everyone came back in one piece, zero incidents on group rides. We ride at a sane pace with a group backup plan, and both 2026 trips sold out on the strength of that first run.

How do I know this is legit?

Fair question for a stranger on the internet. The 2025 expedition ran, 2026 sold out, and the rides are documented at @seamadventures. No payment is taken on this site — you register, Varun reaches out within 48 hours, and the deposit is arranged directly. Want to talk to a past rider first? Ask in the form and we'll connect you.

What if I have to cancel?

Deposits are non-refundable once your spot is confirmed. If something changes, email Varun — the earlier we know, the more options everyone has.

07 From past riders

Rode with us before.

From our 2025 Thailand ride.

“I was skeptical about a group trip — I'm usually a solo rider. But the route planning was legit and the pace was relaxed. Best week I've had on a bike, full stop.”

Manuel H. Mexico · Thailand 2025

“First international ride and I didn't know what to expect. Varun had everything sorted — bikes, hotels, the roads. I just showed up and rode.”
