We Ran This
Loop in 2025.
Now We're Back.
Fifteen bikes out of Chiang Mai in November 2025. Seven days through the mountains, the tea villages, the wildflower fields, and back. Every single one returned in one piece. The group chat is still active. We're doing it again in 2026 with a tighter plan and a few extra spots for new riders.
This is a rider-organized trip — costs split, logistics handled, route tested. Not a tour package. Not a resort weekend. An actual motorcycle adventure with people who showed up for the same reason you did.

The Route
-
0Arrival
Chiang Mai — Arrive, Grab Your Bike
Fly into CNX, meet the group at the hotel, pick up bikes. Orientation ride around the city, dinner at the Night Bazaar. Get comfortable before the real riding starts.
-
1Day 1
Chiang Mai Circuit — Warmup Day
Day loop around Chiang Mai's surroundings. Temple stops (Doi Suthep), mountain roads east of the city. Shake off jet lag, find your rhythm on the roads.
-
2Day 2
Pai — Switchbacks and Hippie Town
The 762-curve road to Pai. Switchbacks through cloud forest, panoramic ridgelines. Arrive in the most charming mountain town in Thailand. Night market, live music, strong coffee.
-
3Day 3
Ban Rak Thai — Tea Village at the Myanmar Border
Yunnan-settled village built by descendants of Chinese KMT soldiers. Tea terraces, bamboo raft rides, cultural fusion that has no equivalent anywhere else in Southeast Asia. Seriously underrated stop.
-
4Day 4
Wildflower Field Glamping — Cliffside Overnight
The most memorable night of the trip. Cliffside glamping over wildflower valleys stretching through the mountains. Worth the ride to get there. Sunrise from the tent is something else.
-
5Day 5
Mae Win — Elephant Village
Ethical elephant experience — walking, feeding, learning from local mahouts. Not a show, not a circus. Proper wildlife interaction with respect built in.
-
6Day 6
Return to Chiang Mai
Final ride back. Bikes returned. Group dinner. You'll already be planning when to come back. Most people book a day of buffer before flying out — Chiang Mai's worth it.
